Welcome to Beachcaster Fishing Tackle shop, Barmouth.
Beachcaster opened in October 1998 and sold all Sea Tackle.
We took it over in April 2000 and now
the business has expanded to trout, salmon and coarse fishing
which has gone from strength to strength. Barmouth is on the
west coast of North Wales and lies between the mountains and
the sea. On the mouth of the River Mawddach which is a fisherman’s
paradise.
For the fresh water fisherman we sell permits
for Dolgellau Angling Association as well as Artro and Talsarnau
Angling Associations.
For
the sea fisherman we sell tickets for the Viking
fishing vessel, which is moored in Barmouth.
Locally here are also good locations to beach fish for Mackerel,
Flattie, Whiting and Bass.
We
are approved stockists for Shakespeare, Abu Garcia Daiwa,
Masterline, Grays, Mitchell, Berkley, Ron Thompson, Lureflash,
Fenwick, Fog Fishing and swift.
